I am a full-stack web developer with 12 years of experience in culinary management skills.
I'm excited to explore the new ways in which technology can fulfill my passion for creating
products people appreciate. I am a strong-willed and determined individual. I know that when I
put my mind to something it is only a matter of time until I have a firm grasp on whatever that
something might be. I learn quickly through repetition and consistency, two things I feel are very
common in a web developer's environment.

Through my prior management career, I learned skills that I can adapt to my new future
in gaming/technology development. I learned what it takes to start from the bottom and work
your way upward through hard work, passion, and determination for the responsibilities you are
given.


● Time Management, to ensure a quality product is produced when expected.
● Collaboration and communicating, keeping employees and customers focused and clear
as to what to expect or considering their input.
● Building processes, being careful to follow each step to be sure the final product meets
not only my own but customer standards as well.
● Handling critique, knowing that not everyone is easy to please or may have higher
expectations than others.
● Business knowledge, knowing the ins and outs of keeping a kitchen running efficiently
and effectively. Handling food costs and keeping waste low. Employee Scheduling and
Menu planning.

I feel these skills can play a vital role in my time as a developer, along with those I will learn
along the way, and look forward to the interactions and relationships that will come from this
new direction. Ultimately my goal is to enter the field of game development. Working with a team
to create and promote unique products that many will enjoy and appreciate has always been a
driving force in my motivation.
